As a clean-tech company focused on heat pumps, Thermondo also wants to set a good example in the area of mobility. The fleet strategy follows a clear objective: moving away from combustion engines and toward electric drive — with high efficiency, strong user-friendliness, and full transparency.

However, a large and continuously growing fleet also brings challenges: administrative workload, countless data points, reporting obligations, CO₂ documentation, and — not least — daily communication with employees. Excel quickly reaches its limits here.

Since 2017, Thermondo has been using Avrios by Shiftmove — a decision that has elevated fleet management to a whole new level. Today, Avrios is not just a tool but the backbone of the daily work within the fleet team.

Thermondo is currently electrifying 50% of its passenger car fleet, with the goal of reaching 90%.
